Clubhouse’s privacy policy says that it records and saves user’s audio temporarily for the purpose of trust and safety investigations. Stanford’s research team has announced that through Agora, who serves some services for Clubhouse, the Chinese government may be able to access the data that is being saved by Clubhouse.
